The South is known for its MARKETS. They are popular and enjoyable.
We have several good and nice markets close to the house.
Every Sunday there is a market in our town of La Londe. Time 7.00 to 13.00.
It is a small, but good market.
Every Saturday there is a large market in the city of Hyeres. Time 7.00 to 13.00.
Drive into Espace 3000. Follow signs to Palmealleen. It is about 14 km.
There are a lot of free parking spaces.
From here there are free buses up to the city center and return.
(See photo no. Dscol 103)
The market itself is very cozy with everything the heart desires.
Walk up to the main square. (See photo Dscol 127) here is a nice stroll up through the old town with a nice square on top with many fine restaurants.
Here is also a very nice newly renovated church.
A passage leads down to the market again.
Every Thursday there is a large market in the city of Le Lavandou about 13 miles.

up to the city itself. A nice and cozy town with many really good restaurants
Every day except Monday there is large market in Toulon .To Hyeres and continue along the highway towards the port (Le Port) .i Toulon. Here there is good parking right next to the promenade. Alongside this there are good breakfast restaurants.
The market itself is the city’s everyday market, with a lot of nice stalls. Almost everything can be bought. The market is located around the center of the promenade.
In all markets you can buy almost anything. Fruits and vegetables in large quantities, bread, flowers, fish / seafood, chickens, cheeses, clothes and not least tablecloths, etc. (You can see it in the photos)
At the tourist office at the port of La Londe, the leaflets with all markets in the area also have flea markets and a lot of brochures with interesting things and sights are, among other things, St. Tropez also and close to the Port Grimoud.
We wish you a pleasant holiday.
